Booking & Session Policies

 

Booking Your Session

  • A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. 
  • Your booking is confirmed once the retainer has been received. 
  • The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. 

Photo Delivery

  • All Photos are sent through Pixieset.
  • All photos are professionally edited before delivery. 
  • You'll receive your images through a private online gallery where you can download and share them. 

Additional Edits

  • Your package includes the number of edited images listed. 
  • Additional edited images can be purchased for $15 each. 

Travel Fees

  • Travel within 20 miles of my location is included. 
  • Sessions outside that area may require a small travel fee. 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. 
  • The retainer can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability). 
  • Cancellations will result in the loss of the retainer. 

Product Photography

  • Products must be delivered or shipped before the scheduled shoot. 
  • Basic product cleaning is included. 
  • Extensive styling, props, models, or custom sets may require an additional fee. 
  • Pricing includes use for websites and social media. Commercial advertising or large marketing campaigns may require a custom quote. 

Turnaround Time

  • Most galleries are delivered within 1–3 weeks. 
  • Larger events or commercial projects may take longer.
